Each book costs $6.99 sold on Amazon.com (AIP earns $0.58 per sale), and because Aurora International Publishing is registered in Denmark, donations are treated as business income and subject to 25% VAT. To make sure every donation truly covers the cost of books plus taxes and fees, we have adjusted the sponsorship amounts:
- 1 book (base $6.99) → $6.99 × 1.25 = $8.74
- 5 books (base $34.95) → $34.95 × 1.25 = $43.69
- 10 books (base $69.90) → $69.90 × 1.25 = $87.38
Our goal is to fund and send 200 copies into Ohio prisons as the first stage of this initiative. Every contribution helps us get closer. We will publish updates on progress and provide full transparency about how funds are used, in line with AIP’s policies.
